The 9 fixes, in order
- Turn on the eSIM line. Settings โ Cellular (iPhone) or SIM manager (Android) โ the line must be switched on.
- Select it for mobile data. It is easy to have the line on but your home SIM still chosen for data.
- Enable Data Roaming on the eSIM line. Travel eSIMs are roaming profiles; without this nothing connects.
- Toggle Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds, then off. This forces a fresh network registration.
- Pick a network manually. Settings โ Cellular โ eSIM line โ Network Selection โ turn Automatic off and choose one of the listed operators for that country.
- Switch 5G to LTE. Some roaming 5G attachments fail silently; LTE always works.
- Check the APN. On Android, Access Point Names should be set automatically. If empty, ask support for the APN and enter it.
- Restart the phone. Yes, really โ it resolves stuck modem states.
- Check your balance and validity in the dashboard โ you may simply be out of data or past 30 days.
Symptoms and what they usually mean
- "SOS" or "No Service": line off, roaming off, or carrier lock.
- Full signal bars but no internet: wrong data line selected, or APN missing (Android).
- Works in one city, not another: 5G attach issue โ switch to LTE.
- Worked yesterday, not today: plan exhausted or expired.

Frequently asked
I deleted the eSIM by mistake. Can I reinstall it?
Message support โ we can re-issue the profile. Do not delete an eSIM you still intend to use; on many phones deletion is permanent.
