Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold. Email contact@esimbff.com. We reply within 30 days.

What we hold

Email address, order history once we sell, and the eSIM identifiers needed to provision a plan. Payment card numbers stay with the payment processor. Details: privacy policy.

Legal basis

Contract (to deliver a plan you asked for) and legitimate interest (to keep the site working and measure traffic). We do not sell your data.
